The teseo iii product line currently has two product lines: the sta8089 series adds support for the Beidou satellite positioning system and is compatible with the teseo ii series pins, allowing customers to quickly migrate (or upgrade) applications. In addition to supporting the China Beidou satellite positioning system, the sta8090 series has added a more energy-efficient power management unit.
The teseo iii product line integrates RF units (rf), digital controllers and flash memory on a single chip to track multiple different satellite positioning systems simultaneously. In cities where high-rise buildings lead to weak satellite signals, teseo iii provides excellent positioning accuracy for targeted applications. Like other products in the teseo range, teseo iii combines high positioning accuracy, high room sensitivity, powerful processing performance and superior design flexibility.
Teseo iii has passed the test, and samples will be available to customers in the first quarter of 2014.
St introduced the teseo iii stand-alone positioning single chip. The new product line is capable of receiving signals from multiple satellite navigation systems, including China Beidou, US GPS, European Galileo, Russian Glonass and Japanese qzss.
