SC1109 is a class D audio power amplifier with 32-order digital volume control and anti-top distortion function and ultra-low EMI stereo acoustic output filter. Under the condition of 5V power supply voltage, THD+N=10%, 4_load,
the output power of up to 3.4W is as high as that of class AB amplifier, and the efficiency is up to 90%. The biggest characteristic of SC1109 is the output control function of anti-clipping distortion (ACF). It can detect and suppress
the output signal clipping distortion (breaking sound) caused by the excessive amplitude of input music and speech signal. It can also self-adaptively prevent the output clipping caused by the drop of power supply voltage in battery
application, significantly improve the sound quality, create very comfortable music enjoyment, and protect the loudspeaker from noise. Overload damage. The audio quality and output power of the amplifier can be set flexibly by
connecting different resistance and capacitance values outside the ACRC terminal, and the chip provides ACF Off mode. SC1109 adopts unique electromagnetic radiation (EMI) suppression technology, which has excellent full bandwidth
and low radiation performance. The radiation level is still far below the standard value of FCC Part15 Class B without any auxiliary design, thus reducing the difficulty of EMC design. SC1109 integrates filter-free digital modulation
technology, which can directly drive the loudspeaker and minimize the distortion and noise of the pulse output signal. Few external components save system space and cost, and are ideal for portable applications. In addition,
SC1109's built-in interruption function minimizes standby current, and integrates mute function, left and right channel independent interruption, loudspeaker output terminal overcurrent protection, in-chip overtemperature
protection and under-voltage abnormal protection, etc. It adopts lead-free TSSOP-20 and QFN-20 packages.
